We hope you're all enjoying your summer sunshine! The Ventura County Derby Darlins league is currently on a July hiatus from practice, but that doesn't mean we haven't had lots going on!
Car Wash Fundraiser- June
First, we want to extend our sincerest thanks to the Wallace Chaffee VFW Post 1679 for allowing our team to host our annual carwash fundraiser on the premises. Additional thanks to the Screaming Waffle food truck for cooking tasty chicken and waffles while folks came to get their cars washed in the late June sunshine.

Vendolls vs Derby Devilz- July
Next up, the Vendolls traveled to Tres Pinos, CA to take on the Faultline Derby Devilz. It was a well-played match, where the Vendolls came out on top with 280 points to Faultline's 59 points. Congrats to all the MVPs for the game!
Thank you Faultline for hosting us. We had a blast! This concludes our Spring-Summer season- join us again in the fall for some more action-packed bouts.
What's Next- Battle for the Coast- September
Lace up those skates - league practices start again in August. Then, in September, get ready for the Battle for the Coast! On September 9th, VCDD will be hosting our next home bout, and this one's big!
